Terms & Conditions
QUOTES
The benefit of accepting a free onsite quote rather than over the phone or internet quote, is that you will get an accurate price and will assist our team to understand the work that is requested along with a safety assessment of the location in preparing safe work method statements if required. Your specific cleaning requirements will be recorded onsite and a written quote will be emailed to you on the spot. All quotes are valid for 30 days and to accept a quote you simple reply to the email quote and we will arrange a time to complete the work quoted.
BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE
Customers must accept the quote by email, Once accepted our staff will contact you by phone and schedule a time that best suits you.
WINDOW ACCESS
For all internal windows, ensure that we can access where possible, we can not be held liable for any damage to items that are blocking access to the internal windows, ensure that all internal windows and doors are closed when external glass is being cleaned.
TIME OF ARRIVAL
We provide estimated times and will be tracked on our servicem8 software showing our arrival. However on a rare situation unforeseen circumstances can develop throughout the day. We will stay in constant communication with you if we are running behind time.

PAYMENT TERMS
Once the work has been completed, a invoice will be sent to your email address and is payable within 7 days of the completed work date. We accept payments in bank transfers and cash. Please note that unpaid invoices will be subjected to overdue fees of then they will incur a AUD$10 per week (7 days) penalty fee, starting with the first late payment after 7 days from the completed work and invoice sent. This fee is to cover the cost of the additional administration required to follow up on the late payment.

FLY SCREENS & SECURITY SCREENS & BLINDS
Some fly screens are not removable for security reasons and some fly screens are old or not fitted correctly, if you have any concerns prior to starting work on removing the fly screens, we would advise you to remove them either prior to our work starting, or prior to the day of the windows being cleaned. We can clean fixed security screens and will require access to the internal side of the windows to lift the sliding window from the tracks and clean the external side of the window from the inside. Blinds need to be working (functional) for access to windows and plantation shutters can also prevent windows from being removed and cleaned. In these cases, fly screens would need to be removed for window cleaning access.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will not be working externally in heavy rain conditions, but will work in light rain conditions. If we are needing to cancel due to heavy rain we will contact you directly and reschedule for another appropriate day that suits you due to safety concerns and quality of the work that we will be undertaken.

BLADING / HARD WATER STAIN / BUILDERS CLEANS
We do not use blades in general window cleaning process, however if you do require a blade to remove any debris, cement, paint etc, we will reflect this additional service within our written quote. If you have hard water or lime scale stains on glass, this can be treated and effectively removed as an additional service within our written quote. We do not guarantee that the glass is free from defects or scratches with builders cleans or new construction work due to the nature of the site and many trades working around windows and glass panels.

WINDOW TRACKS CLEANING
Window tracks are not the window frames, tracks are where the windows slide in and are located at the bottom of the window frame. We remove dirt and debris using a vacuum and brush and wiped with a microfiber cloth. We do not guarantee a deep clean of window tracks as this will take a significantly long time, if you require a more concentrated clean with window and door tracks, please advise when we are providing your quote and we can focus on providing a deep cleaning of all window and door tracks.
WINDOW CLEANING
Window cleaning services is for cleaning of glass surfaces and does not include the cleaning of any surrounds or window frames. If you wish to have additional services, please inform when we are producing a written quote. If we are using our pure water fed system, frames will only wash debris only.

24 HOUR QUALITY ASSURANCE
If you have any quality concerns with any of the work being carried out, please inform our workers onsite and inform them before they leave the property. If you have concerns after they have left, you will have 24hrs to inform our administration office of the concern, and we will arrange for our team to come back and correct the concern that you have reported.
INTERNAL CLEANING
We do take care and ensure that items within the home or building are considered throughout our internal window cleaning process and can not accept liability for any damage to items that may obstruct or make it difficult to access the windows.

CANCELLATION
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances do come up from time to time and as a result you may need to cancel or reschedule the window cleaning or any additional services. We will do our very best to assist with any cancellations, we will require a phone call or email message, to confirm the cancellation and we will either reschedule or if it is to cancel the service all together, 24hrs before the work to start, their will be a fee of AUD$100 to cover the expense for the scheduled work day being cancelled.
