Not necessarily. For exterior-only jobs, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the areas we need. For interior cleaning, we're happy to work with whatever is most convenient for you.
We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially during busy seasons. That said, if you need something sooner, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
We work Monday to Friday, usually starting early in the morning. If you need a specific time, just let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Absolutely. We can give you an estimate based on your description, but we always prefer it if we can pop by and take a quick look so that we can give you an accurate quote. You can also request a quote online — just send us your address and a few details.
It depends on your location and surroundings. For most homes, every 3–6 months keeps things looking great. At a minimum we always recommend getting them done once a year to prevent buildup. For shops or storefronts, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly works best to maintain a clean, professional look. For bigger businesses every 1-3 months should do the trick. But we will give you our recommendation on a per job basis.
There’s no bad time, but spring and after stormy weather are especially popular. If you’re selling or hosting, a good clean can also make a big difference in first impressions.
